1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use SigmaSpeed. Duel mode, which involves a live bilateral camera session with another user, requires you to be at least 18 years old. By using SigmaSpeed, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Users who are under 13 will have their accounts removed upon discovery. Users under 18 who access duel mode will have their access revoked.

2. Duel Mode Terms

Duel mode involves a real-time, live, bidirectional video session with another consenting user. By entering duel mode, you agree to the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You consent to your live video feed being processed by AI algorithms to produce a score. No raw video is stored; only derived scores.
• You consent to being matched with and seen by another registered user.
• Results are for entertainment purposes only and do not reflect real-world value, attractiveness, or worth.
• You have signed the Duel Consent Waiver in-app (version 1.0 or higher).

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on SigmaSpeed:

• Using another person's image, video, or identity during a battle.
• Attempting to manipulate, spoof, or reverse-engineer the scoring system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Sharing screenshots or recordings of other users' live video without consent.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain rating advantages.
• Using automated tools or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Uploading or transmitting illegal, obscene, or harmful content.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

4. Account Termination

SigmaSpeed reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time via your profile settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SigmaSpeed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, reputational harm, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

In no event shall SigmaSpeed's total aggregate liability exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid to SigmaSpeed in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Entertainment Purposes Only

SigmaSpeed is an entertainment platform. All AI-generated scores, ratings, tiers, and results are produced by an automated algorithm for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent objective measurements of beauty, attractiveness, intelligence, health, or any intrinsic human quality. Results should not be taken as personal judgments or factual assessments.

7. Intellectual Property

The SigmaSpeed platform, brand, algorithms, and content are owned by SigmaSpeed and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
